DECEMBER WILD WOOLLY FELTING CLASSES

In response to inquiries from guests who are interested in the our home grown wool and llama fiber, in December we will hold two special Saturday afternoon informal wool classes to introduce interested guests to felting. We will provide the materials and instruction to make simple but beautiful felted objects for decorations, gifting or personal use. We will introduce basic techniques of both wet felting and needle felting using clean and carded rovings from the sheep, alpacas and llama of Inverness Valley Inn and Lingonberry Farm Bed and Breakfast.

These classes will be held on the Saturday afternoons of December 4th and December 11th and are open exclusively for guests staying at the Inverness Valley Inn and Lingonberry Farm Bed and Breakfast on those weekends. The class fee, which includes materials and instruction, will be $20 per person for guests staying over Friday and Saturday nights.

If you are interested in making a reservation that includes a wool class, please let us know by phone or email asap: 1.800.416.0405  • info@invernessvalleyinn.com.

NOTE: Our class on December 4th coincides with the 3-day annual Holiday Craft Fair at the Dance Palace in Point Reyes Station which is a terrific opportunity to shop for locally produced arts and crafts.

Within moments of the Inn one can find a wealth of fun activities: Kayaking, swimming, mountain biking, hiking, dining at popular restaurants, shopping and strolling along the picturesque beach and bay. Wildlife viewing includes whales, Tule Elk, sea lions, Elephant Seals and all sorts of birds.
